We welcome responsible reports that help protect Eazy users and service integrity.
Contact
Email support@eazy.name.ng with the subject “Security report” and a concise description, affected feature, safe reproduction steps and timestamps. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, private keys, payment credentials or unnecessary personal data.
Responsible testing
Do not access another person's data, disrupt service, run destructive tests, use social engineering or perform testing beyond your authorisation. Stop if you encounter real user data and report what happened without copying more information than necessary.
Response
We will assess reports based on severity, reproducibility, impact and available information. Please allow reasonable time for investigation and remediation before public disclosure. Use the subject “Security report” so our support team can route it appropriately. For account recovery, use the Support page. This mailbox is not an emergency-response channel.
Account compromise
If you believe your account is compromised, secure your email account, use the available recovery flow and contact support@eazy.name.ng. Never share a password or verification code with anyone.
